e've been playing a lot of WiiSports. It's been a blast, aside from getting my clock cleaned by my shorter, more agile girlfriend on a regular basis. Give and take reigns supreme, though, because my bowling and golf scores are currently top of the household.

Given the new controller style the Wii offers up, this is the first time I'm actually looking forward to the release of a sports game -- a golf game, of all things: Tiger Woods PGA Tour '07.

Holy crap, it took us about a week to finally figure out everything we think there is to know about WiiSports Golf. We're still not entirely sure. Aside from the fact that there's only nine holes to play (as opposed to the assloads of courses in TWPGA), the game's a blast to play.

Last night, I scored three birdies, six pars, and had a couple chip-ins, which made me giddy with excitement. We're less busy launching the ball back and forth over the putting green and a bit better at putting the little white ball into the hole.

Last night, the Wii fitness thing told me I'm 52. I have no comment about that.
